Miscarriage can be a devastating time in your life. Maybe you have recently lost your baby or maybe it was many years ago. Either way, it hurts deeply and I am so very sorry for your loss.

 

My heart breaks along side yours and I wish I could give you a big hug right now and pray over you in person...but since I can't really do that, if you would like, please contact me and I promise to pray for you.

I do not understand why God allows these things to happen. My younger sister and my mom have both had two miscarriages each. And my aunt and my grandma each had a baby that lived only one day.  I also lost a baby, but sadly it was through an abortion that I did not want to have. (Read more here...)

But I want you to know that God sees your pain and deeply cares about you and wants to heal your heart.

 

I also believe that you will see your baby again in Heaven someday, just like I will see my siblings and nieces and nephews, and someday my daughter. And as hard as it is right now, I believe that God does not give us more than we can handle, even though it may not feel like that today. He does promise to never leave us or forsake us. Jesus carries us through these terrible trials and I pray that you feel His perfect peace right now.

So please don’t give up. Jesus is with you and He loves you more than you can imagine. I also pray that your heart does not turn from Him, but instead, that you grow close to Jesus during this very difficult time. I also pray that God provides you with the right people to come along side you and that you receive proper healing from the Lord.

Dear Heavenly Father,

 

Please send Your comfort to your children right now. They are hurting and need Your comfort. Please Lord, give them Your perfect peace in knowing that their precious one is in Heaven with You. Bless the love they have for one another and draw them closer together as they go through this very difficult time together. I pray that you give them rest and peace and help them through each day, one day at a time.  

 

During this time of sadness and loss of their baby, I ask You Holy Spirit to wrap them in Your loving arms and give them comfort. Give them joy in knowing their child is alive in Heaven today and that someday soon, they will meet him or her. He/She will never experience pain or trouble because we know that their child is with You.

 

Please help this family through their grief and be close to them, Jesus.
